This program is not just another thing to take on.

Rather consider it like an oasis – a place where you can reconnect with your passion to achieve something different for this year.

Often, a few minutes with a like-minded colleague is all you need to gain the clarity you need, put the pep back in your step (and confidence back in your mind), and continue making progress.

Specifically, you get:

A group of peers to support you and keep your goal front and centre

A couple of hours a month to come away from all your other responsibilities and refocus on your big goal for the year.

All the admin and backend support provided for you.

A facillitator to provide advice and support as needed.

An online platform to share ideas and get support between meetings.

Recordings of  meetings in case you miss out on one..

One-on-one mentoring session (can be extended to monthly sessions with the Nail it Plus program).

Get together with other group members in early February.

Discuss your big goal for 2026 with the group.

Tighten them to ensure they are achievable with the resources available to you.

Meet monthly through to July to  discuss wins, roadblocks and strategies in the light of experience,

Use July meeting to share what you have learnt. What worked. What you would do differently in the future and discuss any more general thoughts.

Match you with your legends (Max 6 per group);

Set up a community platform for discussions and all information about the program;

Run the Zoom meetings for January, February, March, April and November;

Set the tone and facilitate honest and respectful discussion;

Make suggestions from my experience when appropriate;

Send reminders about the meeting dates and times;

Send updates and news from group members;

Provide one 90 minute one-on-one mentoring session for each participant;

Be available via email and text throughout the program for individual questions or advice.
